All of our apps available for trial and purchase through the Zendesk App Marketplace. We offer both subscription-based and one-time payment apps.

Can I trial an app before I use it?

Yes! We offer a free 7-day free trial for all of our subscription-based apps. This doesn't apply to one-time purchase apps, but please contact us if you have any questions.

Do you offer support for apps?

Yes! All of our apps are eligible for the same, high quality support we provide for our themes. Simply reach before during or after your trial if you have any questions.

Do you accept app and feature requests?

Yes! We value feedback and ideas from our customers and use them to improve our collection of apps. We can also build custom apps to meet your unique requirements.

Are your apps safe to use?

Yes! Our software is built according to Zendesk best practices, including the use of secure settings to store credentials. All releases are reviewed by Zendesk before being released in the Marketplace.

Can you access our customer data?

No! Our apps are entirely hosted within Zendesk and don't require any outside services to operate. We do not have access to, or visibility of, any of your customer data and nor do malicious actors.
